Additionally, the company has potential investors and clients in a host of countries interested in investing in fine hardwood of a certain age which, obviously, obtains higher market value.

If a Title holder should want to sell the entirety or part of a batch and all other rights and obligations, during the life of this contract, and were not able to find a buyer, as established in Clause Five of the agreement, the Title holder is entitled to issue a Sales Management Order (in writing) entitling ecoForests (ecoBosques) to perform the commercial procedures required to find a buyer or buyers for the batch/es the Title holder is interested in selling. The sales procedure is similar to a property sale. Therefore, the batch will be sold more or less easily depending on market needs and sales price.
