EcoForests (ecoBosques) is a leading Spanish company that develops sustainable and ecological forestry activities in deforested lands.

Our work commences by planting germinated fine hardwood in our certified nurseries, delivering top quality in terms of the growth and development of our timber.

Development

ecoForests (ecobosques) currently has plots in Costa Rica and Argentina, countries with a long-standing forest tradition, and manages over 1,000 hectares and over 300,000 trees, implementing cutting-edge forestry management and techniques to obtain the highest possible volume of timber.

 
We also contribute to the geographical locations that accommodate our plots by implementing decent living wages and productive investments. Given the growing demand for fine hardwood, and given the scarce offer, we would like to invite individuals and companies to purchase trees in plantations that are managed entirely by our company until they are harvested and sold to third-parties in the timber sector. The course of the process is estimated at around 16 years, at which point the client receives the amount obtained for the timber.

ecoForests (ecoBosques) was constituted in Alicante (Spain) and has commercial offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Toronto, Stockholm, Buenos Aires and San José. Our main guarantee is a share capital of approximately €3,000,000, fully disbursed. Furthermore, the company has no bank debts, is the sole owner of all plots and has been audited from the onset by BDO Autiberia.
